More recently I have been exploring the world of mixed medium and working on paper. Moving from large canvas' to poster size and below paper has been really enjoyable, aside from not have the room to store the canvas' or a studio now to sell from, there is something quite 'light and freeing' to work quickly.
It is also a great to just do a daily exercise on paper. After not painting much for the last few years, it has been good to get back to it again. Whilst I still don't have the desire or inspiration to paint another canvas, it has been fun to simply create!
From charcoal, to ink and collage, whilst I still love my acrylics, exploring the way these mediums perform has been well worth it.
