Cancellation Policy
To ensure the successful planning and delivery of this workshop, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date. Eligible cancellations will receive an 80% refund of the registration fee. The remaining 20% is non-refundable and covers administration, booking, and material preparation costs. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop. If a participant is unable to attend, registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior notification. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund. By registering for this workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
