Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned in their original packaging
Not personalised or custom-made
Return postage costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Custom and Personalised Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised, custom-made, or specially commissioned items unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or we have made an error with your order.
